Just Another Foundry - Bouwer (2017)

A trio with saxophone, bass, drums. Sonny Rollins is considered a pioneer of this instrumentation, Ornette Coleman and Albert Ayler pushed the openness of their instrumentation to the limit. However, such a formation is rather rare among young jazz musicians, because with Just Another Foundry the Jazz thing Next Generation is experiencing a premiere after 65 releases. And it's worth listening to, as evidenced by the awards that the band has won in a short space of time.
