Lin Rountree - The Message (2023)

Chicago based trumpet player Lin Rountree started his solo career in 2006 with the album Groovetree, followed by Sumthin’ Good (2008), Soul-Tree (2011). Serendipitous (2013), Soulfunky (2015), Stronger Still (2018), and Fluid (2021).

His eighth album The Message will be available worldwide on June 16th, 2023. Lin comments: “Can’t wait till u guys hear this thing…had some Monster production collabs with my original producer Dana Davis, my Bros Michael Broening, and Chris Davis (Big Dawg). My first ever collab with Greg Manning and R&B heavyweight producer Eddie Stokes and was finally able to cut 3 tunes with my brother and long time friend and one of the dopest young producers on the scene Demetrius Nabors!!
