Rich Maraday - Tangle Room (2026)

Recorded about 30 years ago, this project was shelved and put on the back burner. In 2026, Rich Maraday and Erol Ogut reproduced the session and completed it — Maraday and Ogut are the album's producers. It features 18 of the Hudson Valley's finest musicians, and this is its first proper release.

Nine originals of soul jazz in a contemporary group style, shaped by modern jazz influences — Michael Brecker, Bob Berg, Jan Garbarek, Tom Scott, Grover Washington Jr., the Brecker Brothers, Yellowjackets and Spyro Gyra.
