Wanda are Marco, Manu, Christian, Ray and Lukas; a sworn Viennese gang, with their own humor, their own grammar, not to say band mythology, which is deeply tangible in every single one of Marco's song lyrics, and which allows the band's fans an almost uncanny identification with Wanda; a sense of unity that can hardly be experienced in today's fast-moving pop machine; the sex, the death, the euphoria, drugs, liquor and again and again amore; it's the existential things that Wanda deals with. But without any heaviness and without any affected seriousness.
