In perfect harmony with the interior design and the restaurant atmosphere, this signature musical style was created in Paris, France, in 1996 by Claude et Ravin. Back then, music was created live: Claude and Ravin mixed electronic sounds with World music tracks – CD, audio tapes, live, everything was good to please our clients with an exotic musical journey. Sublte and mesmerizing mixes, perfect blend of House & Electronic rhythms and tribal, mystical, African or Asian, Latino or Oriental sounds…Buddha-Bar Music® was born. And that was only the beginning. The French and international clients were immediately captivated with these new sounds. The following year, George V Records was created and released its first music compilations. It is an immediate success worldwide.
