After fifteen years of work, the original Mud band broke up in 1980, they had quite a few successful songs between 1973-76. In 1983, they released an album called Mud featuring Les Gray, playing pop/rockabilly hits from the 50s and 60s. This was released on CD in 1993 under various titles but under the name MUD, and with an "incorrect" cover.
