Voches 8 is an a cappella group that was formed in 2003 by former Westminster Abbey choir members and has been active mainly in the UK since winning the Gorizia International Choral Competition in Italy in 2005. This work is titled ``Evening Prayer'' and is a collection of various prayer music from the 16th century to the present day. The beauty of their transparent harmonies is breathtaking, and in some songs the saxophone, cello, and harp add color to the sound. The British classical music magazine ``Classical Music Daily'' praised the group, saying, ``Voces 8 is more than just a piece of music; it has an overwhelming presence with its expressive power and well-balanced program that stirs the imagination.''
