SATISFIED DRIVE "3" is the third full length release from the power trio Satisfied Drive! Two years in the making, the process for making this album was a journey. Wanting to stay true to our rock and roll roots and the Satisfied Drive sound, but still challenge ourselves to do something we've never done before, we explored a lot of different avenues in the making of this record.

The opening track, "Wasting my Love" is a hard hitting track inspired by the likes of Audioslave, Robin Trower and Lenny Kravitz. The groove and the hook are a blending of the styles of Trower and Kravitz while the opening riff is a page right out of Tom Morello's playbook.

The second track and our first single off the album, "Pickpockets and Loose Women" pulls from the influence of BuckCherry and Guns N Roses, and is a little it of a throwback to the style of "Weight of the World" off our first album, Take a Ride.

We explored new ground with "Here Comes the Rain"! We wanted to try something new, and this song features a String section as well as Brando's first song recorded in open tuning, and is heavily inspired by some of Pink Floyd's compositions!

We wanted to include a straight up blues song on the album, and the result is the aptly titled "Blues Song" which is reminiscent of "Forever" from our second album, Sign of the Times.

We bring the three part harmonies in full force with our cover of the Crosby, Stills and Nash hit, Wooden Ships! We took this one and changed up the instrumentation a little bit and made it our own! We hope you like what we've done with it!

With a mix of power ballads, symphonic rock, and good old-fashioned hard-drivin' Rock n Roll, check out SATISFIED DRIVE "3" and enjoy the ride!
