Hofmann Family Blues Experience is a group born in 2005 from the desire of a father, Vincent, and his son, David, to play on stage together to share their passion for the guitar, the blues and rock 'n roll.

David began practicing the guitar at the age of seven. It was then the family, and with his father that he could learn the practice of the instrument and becomes a bulimic whole rock and blues culture. In 2004, David falls for the first time at the age of 11, in the competition organized by the Young Planet city of Marseille, and winner spring. This gave him the opportunity to play on stage at Dome Marseille in front of 5,000 people, with his band at the time Jimi Little & The heart breakers.

Since 2005, Hofmann Family Blues Experience is represented on the hexagonal rock and blues scene as clubs, Segoufielle Festival (opening for Nine Below Zero), the Blue Beach Bikers (opening for Reverend Blues Gang and Little Bob the following year), the festival Lax'n'blues the Salaise Blues Festival (opening Larry Garner), the off Jazz Festival in Antibes Juan-les-pins and the Cahors Blues Festival the most important.

In 2007, the band released their first album "Blues Heritage". In 2009, a second album "When the guitars slide the blues" under the label and Compimusic editions. These albums are mainly composed of original works as well as times of blues standards. These albums have received a great reception from the public and any specialized press (3 stars in Blues Magazine, Crossroads, Saul bag ...).

The third album "I'm your salve" available June 1, 2011 in a digipak case with a studio album 11 tracks and a DVD recorded live at Cabaret Random Marseille.
