"Back To The Blues" is a reissue of Gary Moore's thirteenth solo studio album, released in 2001. In this edition, Moore recreates the electronic blues for which he became famous in 1990, after two experimental releases. It is also Moore's debut work featuring Darrin Mooney on drums, after which Mooney will become a regular member on subsequent albums. The cover shows Moore at the Therapia Lane tram depot in Croydon.
Robert William Gary Moore (1952- 2011) was a Northern Irish musician. Throughout his career, he has played in various bands and performed blues, blues rock, hard rock, heavy metal and jazz fusion.
