Knowso - Pulsating Gore (2024) Hi-Res

The egg-punk movement continues to gain ground lately. The latest example is Knowso which is a mysterious group led by Nathan Ward but which is ready to turn us upside down with the arrival of their very crazy album called Pulsating Gore.

Rest assured, there is no mention of gore in this new album but the fact remains that this record is likely to send something heavy into your eardrums. Between garage-punk and proto-punk, Knowso lets its eccentricities speak in the most beautiful way, from the start, with “Recognise The Word” before driving the point home with the catchy “Do The Work” and “Heavy Hauler” which follow.

Labyrinthine and thoughtful with among others “Smashed Berry” or even “Be Your Own Killer” rarely exceeding 2 minutes, Knowso knows his stuff perfectly. With Pulsating Gore which also contains “Last Of The Punks” and “Saudi Royalty” is a record full of ideas that is sure to leave no one indifferent.
