The Local Neighborhood Outlaws formed in late 2006 when singer/song writer Damon Lunsford and lead guitarist Miles Gallup, started playing acoustic shows at Legends in Ada, Oklahoma. Soon after, the duo put a full band together, adding Jake Smeltz on drums, and Stephen Miller on bass.

The band regularly plays all over the state of Oklahoma and the surrounding states. Their music has a unique blend of Country music with a splash of Southern Rock that keeps the fans attention.

Their first album, Make It There Alive was released in January of 2012 and has had much success. The band is currently working on a new lineup of originals that will be hammered out on their second album.
