The ancestral sounds and the intertwinement of traditions and exploration come to life in a repertoire of songs drawn from the memories of two people who collaborate in music as in life. Rosa Brunello and Camilla Battaglia have often crossed paths by chance, but met musically in spring 2017 in Berlin.
It became clear to both musicians that here was a rare opportunity to explore together without the limits of genre or direction. This freedom sparked the creation of a repertoire which doesn't identify with each single track, which come from different places and traditions, but emerges from the shared intention of the duo's performance to escape easy labels.
Free from preconceived schemes, they play together without seeking a precise direction but putting their reciprocal trust first.

Camilla Battaglia: vocals, synths, electronics
