Canberk Ulaş - Telafi (2017)

Canberk is a musician who deeply respects the interweaving of stories from different cultures. Born in a difficult relationship between Armenia and Turkey, based in Sweden, passionately observing the old Armenian methods.

In his artistic expression, he mixes the legacy of the Armenian, Ottoman, Turkish and Anatolian traditions with a modern perspective, reflecting the diverse nature of Istanbul. His quest for authenticity includes the study of advanced methods and the use of electronic methods. "These elements are an integral part of my journey, allowing me to push the boundaries of duduk and explore new spheres of sound and expression."
