Swaying Franco-Latin pop. Gatica, born in Chile, invites music into her shelter as a refuge, a safe place, then sails from one sea to another, cultivating her double identity, solar and smiling but also dark and lunar, to then dare to open sea, altamar, the unknown as a way out. Adventure is adventure. Latin percussion, omnipresent cuatro and charango and flights of cellos and choirs in French or Spanish, an invitation to celebrate existence, dance, party and struggle, to embrace life.
