Leila Pinheiro - Reencontro (2000)

Leila Pinheiro is an artist who has established her reputation as a singer of delicate bossas and intensely romantic but tasty style. With the market hardships associated with these preferences, she has opting for introducing contemporary pop elements in her renditions for songs of established composers as a way of preserving her authenticity while appealing to a broader audience. This is the synthesis of Reencontro, dedicated to the important works of Gonzaguinha and Ivan Lins.
