Sachiko Nakata (Mrs. Yoshinao Nakata) <Tadahiro Sakashita (baritone)> Graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music, Department of Voice. Completed three years of graduate studies at the same college. Completed master class at Nikikai Opera Training Institute. Received the Grand Prize (first prize) and the Yoshinao Nakata Prize at the 9th Naka-Kinao Memorial Competition. She has received many other awards. Recent operatic performances include Escamillo in "Carmen" (New Japan Philharmonic), the title role in Antonello's opera "The Tale of Orfeo," the title role in "Giulio Cesare," and Zeus, the supreme god in "Lacaristo. Her activities are not limited to classical music, but transcend genres in a wide range of activities, and she is highly trusted by professionals in many fields for her unusually soft voice, solid musicality, and beautiful, well-thought-out Japanese diction.
