Soundtrack for "The Trip – Enter The Black Hole," a stage art work that explores the mysteries of the universe, directed by Jeff Mills. The songs included in this production were all new songs written by Jeff Mills specifically for this stage production. The lead single "Contradiction" and the album's song "Hole" feature Jun Togawa, a legend with an overwhelming presence in the Japanese music scene, as the singer. "Contradiction" organically fuses and crystallizes the worldviews of Jeff Mills and Jun Togawa, creating a band sound that is free from the image of Jeff Mills up until now, and a song full of a minimal floating feeling. ``Hole'' combines a ``true Jeff Mills'' beat with Togawa's avant-garde poetry and singing, and ominous synthesizer sounds. Shinichi Yamaguchi and Kazuhide Yamaji from Yapooz, a band in which Togawa is the vocalist for both songs, also participated in the recording. The band's Lion Mary is also credited with composing the melody for "Contradiction." Other albums include a different MIX of “Contradiction” and “Hole,” “Beyond The Event Horizon,” which has a gradual sense of urgency, “Time In Abstract,” which can be called spacey contemporary music, and “Time In Abstract,” which can be called a retro sci-fi movie soundtrack. Contains a total of 12 songs of various types, including ``When Time Stops'' and the exquisite minimal song ``Infinite Redshift,'' which is a perfect ending to the album. ``The Trip – Enter The Black Hole'' is a cosmic opera that embodies Jeff Mills' cosmology and thinking. The soundtrack has swallowed up Japanese avant-garde heroes Jun Togawa and Yapoos, and has become a supreme music collection that captivates techno music fans and underground music fans around the world.
