This music is a Reflection of the many wonderful influences that have had an impact in my life and development as a man and as an artist. First and foremost I desire it to be a Reflection of Yahweh (God) and all of his love, beauty, and creativity as it also reflects my love for him and his son Yeshua (Jesus). It is a Reflection of my wonderful family, my father, Clabe D Lewis and my mother, Artie Lewis (may she rest in peace), my wife Janeece and my daughter Destini, my sister Tonya and my niece Arianna, as well as my Aunt Joyce, Uncle Newman, Uncle Harold, Aunt Johnnie Mae, John, Bessie, Michelle, Joichelle, Keyna and all those who have made their transition. I love you all. It is also a Reflection of some great artists who have had a profound impact on my musical expression, Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard, Lee Morgan, Donald Byrd, Marvin Gaye, Michael Henderson, Ronnie Laws, The Crusaders, and many other masters in the world of jazz and 70's soul and funk. It is also a Reflection of the incredible musical vibration that emanates from my hometown of Houston Texas. Much love to all the incredible musicians there who helped me in my development through the Summer Jazz Workshop and hanging out on the scene. And last but not least I want it to be a Reflection of my sincere desire to communicate to you, my audience in an intimate and powerful way that touches something in the depths of your very soul. One thing I learned throughout this whole process is that no one can do what we are called to do by ourselves. I want to thank in addition to all those mentioned 2009 Grammy Award winner Jeff Jones " The Jedi Master" and Wendell Brooks for their incredible work in helping me produce this project. I also want to thank Billy Patterson, Alva Nelson, William Heagy, Jeanne Ricks, and Gerald Trottman, for their invaluable contributions as well. I want to thank my church family at Faith Exchange Fellowship and my Pastors Dan and Ann Stratton for their spiritual support and love. I want to thank all my friends in the Provision Network and the New York Passport Agency for their support, as well as many others that are too numerous to mention. Be abundantly blessed and enjoy the music.
