This is the 7th DASH! album, and the 5th as a trio. This one features all new music by Maarten Ornstein.
Maarten Ornstein is a Dutch musician based in Amsterdam. He plays tenor saxophone, clarinet and bass clarinet and works as a composer and arranger. A musician of astonishing diversity, he plays and composes a wide variety of music, ranging from jazz to baroque and from classical Arabic to contemporary funk.
Maarten Ornstein endorses Légère reeds and is a member of Splendor Amsterdam.
