Fiorenza Calogero, singer and actress, born in Castellammare di Stabia (Na) in 1978, is an artist who has managed to transcend the typical clichés of conventional performers. Her art embraces a depth that surpasses Campanian roots.

Her career, spanning from Neapolitan Classical Song to world music, and traversing through theater and cinema, seems to be a quest for ethnography that extends beyond mere artistic experience.

Among her mentors are figures who have shaped the history of theater and contemporary music, prominently Roberto De Simone, with whom she debuted at the age of 17.

The connection between theater and traditional music has been a natural evolution of her artistic journey. Her partnership with Marcello Vitale, her life companion and virtuoso of the "chitarra battente" (a typical Italian guitar model), has contributed to defining a personal and recognizable sound, leading her to collaborations with artists of the caliber of Enzo Avitabile, producer of her fourth album titled "Nun Tardare Sole", a finalist at the 2016 Tenco Prize.

Beyond music, Fiorenza has had significant experiences in the world of cinema and television fiction, appearing in prestigious films such as "Passione" by John Turturro, presented at the 67th Venice International Film Festival, "Enzo Avitabile Music Life" by Oscar-winning Jonathan Demme, and "Qui rido io" by Mario Martone with Toni Servillo.
