This set is Buddy's sixty-something album originally released in 1998, and amazingly, his first solely in the role of jazz pianist. The Greco story has been well documented since he took the piano chair in the Benny Goodman Band at the age of 21. After years at the top of the entertainment tree playing Vegas lounges and top night clubs worldwide, Buddy finally gets his wish to get down to some serious jazz playing. This trio album features Joe Lano on guitar (dig his captivating "Little Beth") and gives the pianist the chance to display his wares in a variety of moods from "Scrapple from the Apple" to "Misty" - all delivered in the unique Greco style.
