Noise à Noise is proudly presenting Sonorystyka No.1, an album of the works by renowned Iranian music composers, namely Nader Mashayekhi, Ali Radman and Idin Samimi Mofakham. A collection of Contemporary music pieces which has been performed by the Ensemble, conducted and supervised by Soheil Shirangi.
Dream House Ensemble, a Classical music group with members from Iran, was established in autumn 2018. Its primary objective has been to perform and introduce the lesser-known works of Contemporary composers from the latter half of the 20th century to the audience.
Nader Mashayekhi (b. 1958, Tehran) is a renowned composer and conductor known for integrating Iranian culture into his music. Ali Radman (1973, Tehran) has accomplished 20 years of teaching and research experience, earning accolades such as the 1st Medal of Arts. Idin Samimi Mofakham (1982, Tehran) is a composer blending traditional Iranian music with non-Western tuning and psychoacoustics. He earned his PhD from the Norwegian Academy of Music and co-founded the Spectro Centre for New Music. Soheil Shirangi (b. 1982, Tehran) is a Tehran Conservatory graduate recognized for his compositions across theater, film, and international venues. His accolades include prizes from the Tehran International Electronic Music Festival and the Orginsky International Composing Competition.
The album is now set on pre-order (as of January 2024) and will be released during the month of February in the same year. A few physical editions are prepared and to be ready for sale on Bandcamp prior to the digital release.
Also the previous album by the Ensemble “Themes and Variations” that was put on Pre-order on Bandcamp two years ago and could not receive the permission for a physical release in Iran is now being published in the digital format on the same date with this album.
