The only album of the American jazz-rock group. The influence of the “Blood, Sweat & Tears” period with Clayton-Thomas is very noticeable. In any case, in the sea of imitators “Blood, Sweat & Tears” and “Chicago”, the album “Jellyroll” is quite different for its exceptional musicality (largely due to the wonderful guitar playing Ed Setser), and, of course, the voice of Roger Troy, although not like David Clayton-Thomas, but also quite strong on vocals. All the original tunes were also recorded with the help of Richard Podolora, who produced the album, the only exception being the cover version of the song by the band “Aorta” - “Strange”.
