Neil Pantos is a Maltese DJ and producer who runs the techno label Chain Records. The album Salt Water started during the pandemic. While the clubbing was at a halt, he took the opportunity to step away from energetic techno and immerse himself in a mediterranean vibe of sun drenched atmospheres and laid back grooves.
