Ambient musician Michael Scott Dawson delivers The Tinnitus Chorus, a collection of collaborations with artists including K. Freund (Lemon Quartet), Lina Langendorf (Langendorf United), and Michael Grigoni. The album was inspired by Dawson's experiences with tinnitus, and invokes the condition with the "ringing tones, clicks, and hiss" that make up the layers of this lushly-textured work.
