Suuns - The Breaks (2024) [Hi-Res]

Shapeshifting alternative/experimental rock trio SUUNS switch up their approach once more, adding loops, synths, samples, and drum machines to their knotty songcraft. There are plenty of newfound influences on show her on The Breaks too including space ambient, early kosmische, and downtempo/trip-hop finding their way in. Songs were reworked, remixed, and remodelled over a two-year period, making for one of the group’s most ambitious and left-field works yet.
