In collaboration with Platoon, the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin is celebrating the 200th anniversary of Anton Bruckner's birth with the release of the composer's monumental Symphony No. 7, conducted by Vladimir Jurowski.

Unfinished Wagner: Bruckner was closer than others. On the other side. He composed the famous Adagio after he had allegedly foreseen Wagner's death. While he was working on the second movement, he actually received the news of Wagner's death. He then decided to introduce the four Wagner tubas into the score.
