The Flying Norsemen is a band with roots in Trøndelag, Norway. the group consists of Anders Sprauten (guitar, vocals), Tommy Ingebrigtsen (guitar), John Wærnes (lead guitar, vocals), Terje Nyhus (bass), and Øyvind Grønn (drums). The band is closely associated with Arabs in Aspic — Ingebritsen and Nyhus are current or former members, and Flying Norsemen producer Jostein Smeby is also in the Arabs.
