Celebrating 20 years of ITAL project In a harmonious symphony of natures whispers, we unveil the soul-stirring opus of ITAL, the veteran Chilean artist, as he unveils his tenth album—a masterpiece kindled by his recent journey to the majestic Rukapillan. This musical tapestry is woven with delicate threads, a tale told through releases in form of first two releases as EPs: ALMA and LA CASITA, each bearing three gems. These preludes has now paved the way for the magnum opus of ten tracks, in form a full length album titled RUKAPILLAN. In the ancient tongue of the Mapuche people, Mapudungun, this name resonates: House of the Spirit, a sanctuary where natures sentinels dwell. Here, amidst the convergence of earths sacred elements, the ancestral flames of the Grandfather Fire mingle with the purifying winds of the lofty peaks, as crystalline waters cascade from glaciers to nourish the land. This is the home of mighty RUKAPILLAN volcano. Within the depths of Gaia, the essence of indigenous wisdom pulsates—a tribute to a worldview steeped in reverence. Through the artistry of Daniel, known as Ital, this musical offering emerges—a labor of love that seeks to capture the essence of a culture, a land, and a belief system steeped in ancient lore.
