Star violinist Emily Sun presents her debut concerto album, celebrating the violin as star of the silver screen. At its heart is the world premiere, 5-star performance of ‘Fantasie im Wintergarten’, inspired by silent movies of the 1920s and written by the internationally acclaimed Elena Kats-Chernin for Emily Sun herself. Plus Korngold’s lush cinematic Violin Concerto and the much-loved Theme from Schindler’s List. It's all imbued with Emily’s signature radiant energy and warm tone, joined by three of Australia’s finest orchestras: the Adelaide, Tasmanian and Melbourne Symphonies.
