Since they debuted in late 2022 with the exceptional single ‘Inner Norm’, the Melbourne-based quintet Gut Health have rightly been lauded as one of the best new guitar bands in recent years. Wielding a particularly energetic and jazzy take on post-punk as their calling card, their debut studio album Stiletto is an enjoyably messy affair that balances between melodic directness and blasts of atonal noise.
