'Dry Throats & Sunburns' by E-Prime dives deep into the nostalgia and disillusionment of youth culture, with its title fittingly inspired by Flea’s chaotic performance at Woodstock '99. Reflecting on the naive optimism of the 90s and existing at the blurred line between past memories and present realities, the EP explores themes of longing and self-reflection. Self-produced by siblings Trevor & Jaclyn Blumas and mixed by underground talents such as ZDBT (Dreamcastmoe) and Patrick Holland (Project Pablo), it blends 80s pop, RnB, and synth-heavy house, delivering sonic memories reimagined for today’s dance floors.
