The album Then and Now 溯 is inspired by the ancient collection The Classic of Poetry (Shijing 詩經), reinterpreting it through jazz compositions. ZY THE WAY 中庸 blends Eastern traditions with a modern sound, preserving the essence of the poems in collaboration with Dr. Annie Luman Ren 任路漫.

The album earned two silver medals at the 2024 Global Music Awards and recognition on platforms like Streetvoice and UNSIGNED ONLY. The released singles Ten Acres 十畝之間, Blue Collar 子衿, and Sun in the East 東方之日 featured remixes by Mark de Clive-Lowe and DJ Spinna. Limited-edition vinyl releases became collector's items.
