Songs, the sixth album by Chiara Civello, released on May 6, 2014 by Sony Music, the first in which the jazz singer-songwriter appears solely as an interpreter, celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. The album, produced by Nicola Conte, recorded in analog between Bari, New York, and Rio de Janeiro, has proven to be extremely successful, selling thousands of copies and undergoing numerous reprints. On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, the Roman singer has decided to work on a reissue (probably at the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025) and dedicate the summer of 2024 to concerts in which she will perform the beautiful songs that comprise this work, a collection of themes ranging from the 1960s to the present day that have marked Chiara Civello's artistic life, blending jazz with northern soul, Latin jazz with blue-eyed soul. Songs is a heartfelt tribute to Italian music: "Io che non vivo senza te," "Io che amo solo te," "I mulini dei ricordi," and "E penso a te" are just a few of the songs that will be performed live, along with some "surprises" specially designed for this concert. Chiara will be accompanied by her quartet.
