Vincent Schmidt and Nathan Niddam are an acoustic duo consisting of guitar, piano and oud. They come together to present their first album of original compositions. Their collaboration, which has lasted for many years, mixes different influences and creates original sounds. Vincent is a fingerstyle guitar virtuoso who has recorded three albums and performed over 150 concerts. Nathan has a background in contemporary music and jazz, plays piano and synthesizers, and is a keyboardist and vocalist in various projects. The two musicians met while studying at the Ecole Supérieure de Musique de Lausanne and since then have been mixing the sounds of piano, guitar and sometimes ouds to create unique compositions. Their performances are intimate and dynamic, and each composition tells its own unique story, taking listeners on a fascinating musical journey.
