Zach Russell - Where the Flowers Meet the Dew (Deluxe Edition) (2024) [Hi-Res]

Zach Russell, who left the city of Nashville, landed his first recording contract with Thirty Tigers. He traveled throughout the US and Europe working as a merchandise manager and learned that it takes hard work and belief in yourself to succeed. Since returning to East Tennessee, he has been actively writing music, touring and releasing his long awaited debut album, Where the Flowers Meet the Dew. The album encompasses a variety of musical styles and themes including dealing with death, reincarnation, and the search for fulfillment. The record begins with rockabilly and then moves into psychedelia and funk. The first half of the album is traditional waltzes, electric folk and R&B, while the second half is full of distorted guitar overdubs. There is an underlying flow throughout the album that is bursting with confidence and swagger. “Where the Flowers Meet the Dew” is an ambitious work that deserves repeated listens.
