The Moody Blues - Go Now - Moody Blues #1 (Bonus Track) (2019)

The first album released in 1965 is now available in US format! The first album released in July 1965, including the hit song "Go Now," is the only original album by the initial lineup with Laine as the main lead singer, consisting of R&B Mersey Beat style covers and original songs. There are two versions of the album, one in the U.S. and the other in the U.K. The English version is titled "The Magnificent Moodies" (Decca). In the U.S., four songs were replaced (four songs (2), (4), (8), and (12) from the UK single above were included independently), the order of the songs was changed, and the album was released under the title "Go Now - The Moody Blues #1" (London, USA).This disc contains all 12 tracks ((1)-(12)) from the original U.S. first release, plus four songs that appeared only on the English release: (13) "Something You Got" (by Chris Kenner), (14) "I Dont Mind" (by James Brown; sung by Mike Pinder), (15) "Stop" (by Laine & Pinder), and (16) "Thank You Baby" (by Laine & Pinder) as additional bonus tracks.
