Francesca Tandoi, an Italian jazz pianist and singer, is celebrated as one of the most promising talents on the international jazz scene. A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (cum laude) and Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam, she has gained acclaim as a world-class pianist and vocalist. Tandoi has performed with jazz luminaries like Scott Hamilton, Philip Harper, and Michael League (joining Snarky Puppy at Umbria Jazz 2023), and appeared at prestigious festivals and venues worldwide, including North Sea Jazz Festival, Umbria Jazz, and Cork Jazz.

Her performances, characterized by a blend of swing, sophistication, and dynamic stage presence, have earned her accolades from critics and audiences alike. Jazz journalist David Alston highlighted her flawless technique and ability to swing like the greats, while Monty Alexander praised her tasteful piano playing, exquisite vocals, and memorable compositions.

As the leader of her piano trio, Tandoi has recorded seven albums, including Wind Dance, which made the Jazz Life Top 10 Albums of 2017. She also collaborates as a sideman on over 20 recordings, including projects with Scott Hamilton. Known for her exemplary accompaniment and arranging skills, she frequently gives masterclasses globally and teaches at the Conservatory G. Martini in Bologna, Italy.
