Matt "The Rattlesnake" Lesch - Blues Cut Like Glass (2025)

Matt "The Rattlesnake" Lesch, born in 1997 in St. Louis, Missouri, is a blues musician who began playing guitar at age 11. By 12, he was deeply influenced by blues legends like Albert King, B.B. King, and Muddy Waters. At 16, he became the lead guitarist for local blues icon Big George Brock, gaining firsthand experience in the blues tradition.

Lesch formed his own band at 16, performing in blues clubs and festivals across Missouri and Illinois. He studied Jazz Performance at Webster University and released his debut album, *Furious Strike*, in October 2018 at age 20, showcasing a contemporary approach to blues with original compositions.

By 26, Lesch had performed across the U.S. and internationally in countries like France and Denmark. Known for his passionate performances, he continues to captivate audiences with his intense stage presence and dedication to the blues genre.
