Agnieszka Maciaszczyk - A Brief Insight Into Life (2025)

After 5 years since the release of my debut album, I am entering the studio at the end of January to record my second album. I am a little excited, sometimes a little stressed, but I feel that this is the right time - the singer writes on her social media.

Why did it take so long to release new material? The answer is not surprising. The pandemic came, and with it a number of life changes and necessary professional decisions for further development. In addition to her stage activity, the Artist fulfills herself on the pedagogical path in her vocal studio in Gdańsk, and earlier, for many years, she also gained experience in other private music schools and the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk. The development of the school, as well as the personal development of the singer, pushed her to complete her own music, which had been germinating for a long time. And thus to take the next step in realizing her dreams and developing her passion. The album "A brief insight into life" will be full of bolder, at the same time moving and visual threads, which have been created over the last almost 4 years.

Each composition is a clearly marked event from my life, although not often named directly with a given title. I leave the listener space for independent interpretation of the pieces and courageous joining the common musical journey. On stage I will be accompanied by wonderful and exceptional musicians: pianist and long-time friend Michał Ciesielski, double bassist with a beautiful, warm voice Michał Bąk, drummer, thanks to whom I learned and developed a lot Przemysław Jarosz, saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist and companion of many conversations Szymon Łukowski and a wonderful, sensitive soul with a beautiful voice timbre Marta Buschmann.
