Unique meeting between two masters. Lamine Cissokho is a Griot from Senegal (now based in Sweden) and Manish Pingle is an Indian slide guitar raga master from Mumbai, India. On this debut album the duo were meeting up in a cozy studio in Sweden- invited by the producer Karl Jonas- and blending,arranging their melodies and compositions into eachother's. The result is breathtaking. Beautiful and intricate. And not like any other's as this is the birth of New Continents!
