Guitarist Martial Bort has embarked on a new musical project called L'Instanté, aiming for total musical freedom by blending composition and improvisation in a constantly evolving repertoire. With a minimalist trio format, the group offers a captivating musical journey, combining the wild energy of a rock band with cinematic soundscapes. Martial Bort's versatility is evident in his diverse musical background, ranging from jazz to contemporary theater to French chanson to rock. He has collaborated closely with Christian Olivier of Têtes Raides and has been supported in his solo venture by the publishing company Mon pauvre Ami and Christian Olivier's label, Mon Slip. L'Instanté is an energetic trio that seeks to break boundaries and explore the realms of improvisation and creativity.
