Diesel Dust - Ghost Dance (2007)

A single album was enough for Diesel Dust to become a sure bet in French southern rock. It must be said that France remains discreet in the genre... In a style less angry than Natchez, and sung in English, the Lyonnais find a place of their own with acoustic guitars and harmonica, without forgetting the rather soft voice of Chris. Two covers on this first album: "Train train" by Blackfoot and "Workin'" by Lynyrd Skynyrd. For the second opus (only 5 tracks), Diesel Dust proves once again that it is rolling in super. In 2011 everything accelerates with a change of line up (Ted on vocals and Jean-Marc on guitar) and a third album to mark this somewhat disrupted "Second life" with the arrival of Thierry Scarlatti on drums.
