Mouratoglou, a guitarist driven by sonic curiosity, builds his compositions and arrangements—from originals to works by Ornette Coleman and Egberto Gismonti—around the physical qualities of his instruments, including acoustic and baritone guitars with various tunings and techniques. His music avoids abstraction, instead embracing sensuality and immersive resonance.

This trio—featuring Bruno Chevillon on bass and Ramón López on drums—thrives on interaction, nuance, and tonal depth.
