The album The Litter – Distortions, released by the Japanese label Oldays Records in a mini-LP CD format, is a reissue of the debut album by the American garage-psychedelic rock band The Litter from Minneapolis. The original album was recorded in 1967 and is considered one of the iconic releases of the garage rock genre.

The bonus tracks are recordings by The Scotsmen, a predecessor of The Litter. Including these tracks offers listeners the opportunity to trace the band's evolution from early garage compositions to a more mature psychedelic style.
