A jazzy, superb disc that follows the beautiful vocalist's music from a film perspective! Includes two songs related to the fantastic "Breakfast at Tiffany's" that were not written by Mancini. Compiled mainly from film music, this album traces the path of the "brilliant vocalist" who made her way from Australia to the United States. Chuck Seigel's arrangements score high points on the bossa nova style M-1,2, the "Breakfast at Tiffany's" related M-3,4, which are too good to be okra, M-5, a waltz style interpretation of the Beatles, and M-11, where the bacharach style intro will make your cheeks loose. The groovy and jazzy tunes (A-8 to 12) are placed in the middle of the album, and the swingy and euphoric showbiz feel of the album is also an irresistible attraction.
