Gentlemen's Blues Club is a dynamic brotherhood of independent musicians with a passion for creating extraordinary music. Conceived in 2005 by Mick Stover, GBC is designed to showcase and celebrate the solo and ensemble work of these very special musicians, and to provide a musical canvas for collaborating and creating music with one another.
Mick Stover was a founding member of Alan Mirikitani's groundbreaking LA/Hollywood blues rock band “BB Chung King & the Screaming Buddaheads". He has also had the pleasure of playing onstage with an array of guitar heroes, including Slash, Dweezil Zappa, Philip Sayce, Ernie Isley, CC DeVille, Coco Montoya, Steve Stevens, Shawn Jones & Joe Bonamassa.
Mick has performed in Japan, Europe, Australia, and all over North America - sharing bills with Pat Travers, Great White, Robin Trower, Gilby Clarke, Double Trouble, as well as the late great electric blues guitar pioneers BB King & Johnny Winter. Mick has an intense passion for foreign cultures, languages, and people. He has had the honor of traveling to 20 foreign countries.
