The Natural Yogurt Band & The Oracle - Nebulous (2025) [Hi-Res]

The Natural Yogurt Band sound even sweeter here than usual – as their already-great gritty funk approach is mixed with all sorts of wonderful keyboard work from The Oracle – who brings in some really unusual electric piano sounds, and some great organ lines too! As with other NYB material, there's a raw quality to the instrumentation – that way of taking some of the late Mo Wax energy and folding it back into more spontaneous, funk-based instrumentals – all with plenty of cool vibes, electronics, and the sorts of pedals and effects we love in previous records – which also seem to be applied to the keyboards as well!
