Following on from the previous installment, the 8th installment of KING Jazz Re:Generation is a lineup that focuses on works by overseas musicians produced by King Records.
The 18 works include "Encore At Marty's New York" (1992), a live recording of a New York club by jazz vocalist Mel Torme, "RHAPSODY" (1993), a luxurious and ambitious work in which the master of cool jazz collaborated with various top artists by Lee Konitz, and "NO PROBLEM" (1995), a trio album in which Duke Jordan, who has many fans in Japan and Europe, plays standard songs accompanied by an elite Japanese rhythm section.
